Installation of NTG's Remote Support Software Tools

Getting started with the installation of MeshCentral software

NTG uses MeshCentral to enable remote support for our customers. Use this page when on the phone with or directed by an NTG staff member to deploy MeshCentral in order to allow us to support your computer.

Step 1: Download the MeshCentral application



Please choice the version corresponding to your OS

In order to install MeshCentral for Linux or BSD, you need to run the following script as the root user:

Step 2: Start the application



Once you have the application installed the first user account that is created will be the server administrator.
